Mr. Luksic spoke about the challenges in tourism during the pandemic and presented the group’s strategy. The event aroused great interest of the students, and Mr. Lukšić was happy to answer all their questions.

Since the end of 2011, Davor Luksic has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Adriatic Luxury Hotels, Plava Laguna, Excelsa Real Estate, catering, and a real estate company based in Croatia and part of the Luksic Group.
In his role as president, Mr. Luksic oversees the operation and management of 28 hotels, 11 apartment complexes, 9 campsites, as well as a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of 18 properties, including the Dubrovnik cable car. With a total bed capacity of over 45,000 and revenues in excess of $ 250 million, Lukšić Group Croatia is one of the largest and most profitable players in the tourism sector in Croatia.
Born in Santiago de Chile, he attended Babson College in Boston, MA (2002-2006), where he graduated with a degree in business administration (entrepreneurship, economics, and finance).
