Semester at ZSEM for groups

Does your college or university wish to send a group of students to Croatia for a semester abroad?

The Zagreb School of Economics and Management organizes a special semester abroad for educational institutions that wish to send a group of students to study abroad together. The program includes a wide selection of business and non-business courses in English, company visits, excursions and organized social activities for students. For three consecutive years, our school has welcomed a group of undergraduate students from Meiji Gakuin University (MGU), Tokyo, to spend a semester studying at ZSEM.

The following factors will be considered when establishing a special tuition fee for a group of students from the same university:

  • size of group
  • number of additional courses (pre-semester) included
  • organized trip(s) included in fee
  • the relevant Academic Year’s tuition fee (i.e. for the 2020-2021 Academic Year: 3,500 Euro (for non-EU students) per semester / 3,150 Euro (for EU students) per semester

Study in Croatia

  • Academic experience

ZSEM provides all of its students with a high quality, interdisciplinary academic curriculum. Students will benefit from this program both in terms of enhancing their hard skills and soft skills, while gaining an in-depth understanding of business within the European context. All courses are multi-faceted, bridging theory and practice through a range of activities such as case studies, excercises , lectures, debates, projects and presentation, essays, simulations and field visits to mid-sized and large domestic and international corporations. Small study groups guarantee a high level of interaction with colleagues and professors.

Students will receive a ZSEM transcript upon successful completion of their coursework.

Courses are taught from Tuesday-Friday for approximately 5 hours per day, while Mondays are reserved for quizzes and exams. Students will be supplementing some of their in-class instruction time with on-the-ground travel to key political, economic and cultural institutions in Croatia.

These excursions are not mandatory, therefore, students who do not attend the excursions will be asked to complete supplemental activities/assignments. All excursions will be lead by either professors or other ZSEM professionals who will ensure a rich and stimulating experiential learning program.
