Scholarship Competition “Plan for the Future”

The Zagreb School of Economics and ManagemenS is announcing the scholarship competition “Plan for the Future,” intended for high school graduates enrolling in the first year of a undergraduate study program.

The aim of the competition is to reward motivated and promising future students through scholarships in the form of tuition fee reductions, while also introducing ZSEM’s study programs.

The total scholarship fund amounts to €36,000.

For the academic year 2026/2027, three scholarships will be awarded in the form of tuition fee reductions:

• 1 scholarship covering 50% of tuition fees for the first year

• 1 scholarship covering 30% of tuition fees for the first year

• 1 scholarship covering 20% of tuition fees for the first year

The competition is open from March 17 to April 17, 2026.

The names of the scholarship recipients will be announced on May 5, 2026, on the official website: www.zsem.hr.

Participation Requirements

To participate in the competition, candidates must:

• complete the application form on the official website www.zsem.hr

• write a motivation letter on the topic “Plan for the Future” and upload it as part of the application form (Google Forms)

• take the ZSEM entrance exam, which will be held on April 18, 2026, and achieve a result in accordance with the criteria of the selected undergraduate program

Scholarship Renewal During Studies

The awarded scholarship may be extended to subsequent years of study, provided that the student:

• passes all courses no later than the end of the autumn exam period for the current academic year

• achieves a minimum GPA of 4.0

• submits an official transcript issued by the ZSEM Student Office as proof of meeting the requirements, no later than after the end of the autumn exam period

In exceptional and justified cases (e.g. illness), the academic committee may approve a temporary suspension or repetition of studies for a maximum period of one year.
