Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) invites you to the MBA Open Day, a unique event that gives you the opportunity to experience what it’s like to study in our MBA program firsthand.
Date: Thursday, November 6, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Filipa Vukasovića Street 1
During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a Masterclass lecture by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Borna Jalšenjak on the topic “Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: What Makes Us (Still) Human?” where you’ll gain insight into top-tier teaching methods and the dynamic environment of our MBA program. You will also get the chance to meet our professors, students, and administrative staff.
As artificial intelligence continues to gain momentum, the question arises: what does it mean to be a good leader today? Through discussion, we will explore the boundary between human judgment and algorithmic decision-making. We’ll talk about empathy, responsibility, and creativity — the qualities that make us human and that technology cannot replace.
Participants will reflect on how to lead people and organizations in the digital age, using technology as a tool rather than a substitute for humanity. This session offers an authentic MBA classroom experience — a blend of reflection, discussion, and inspiration.
After the lecture, there will be a presentation of the MBA program, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet the ZSEM Management, MBA concentration leaders, and other members of the ZSEM team, who will present all aspects of the program in detail and answer your questions.
In addition to gaining a real sense of what studying at ZSEM is like, you’ll have the opportunity to network with lecturers, administrative staff, and MBA students, exchange information, and get answers to all your questions about further education opportunities.
