The Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) invites you to the MBA Open Day, a unique event that allows you to experience first-hand what it’s like to study in our MBA program. During the event, you will have the opportunity to attend a Masterclass lecture by professor Ivona Škreblin Kirbiš, PhD on the topic of  “Personal and Professional Development”, where you will gain insight into the top-tier educational methods and dynamic environment of our MBA program. In addition, you will meet our professors, students, and administrative staff.

After the lecture, a presentation of the MBA program will take place, where you will have the chance to meet the Dean, Dr. Mato Njavro, Associate Professor and MBA Program Director Dr. Maja Martinović, MBA concentration heads, and other members of the ZSEM team, who will present all aspects of studying and answer your questions.

O predavaču

The lecture will be held by Ivona Škreblin Kirbiš, PhD, an expert in the application of psychology in management, who has been teaching at ZSEM since 2005 and conducting research in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management. Dr. Škreblin Kirbiš earned her degree in psychology from the University of Rijeka and obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Trieste. She has gained extensive academic and professional experience through her work at ZSEM, abroad, an in collaboartion with numerous organizations.
