4InnoPipe2 Masterclass: In Two Minds

ZSEM, Zagreb School of Economics and Management, in collaboration with partners on the 4InnoPipe2 project, is organizing an interactive masterclass In Two Minds, focused on developing creative thinking and a more effective approach to solving complex problems.

In a world where quick and clear solutions are often expected, it is easy to fall into patterns of thinking that limit us. This masterclass explores that very tension in human thinking – between the need for certainty and control, and the capacity for creativity, intuition, and insight.

Through a dynamic and interactive program, participants will explore:

  • why we are drawn to certainty and how it can limit progress
  • how uncertainty can open space for more creative and effective solutions
  • how our beliefs can become barriers to innovation
  • different types of problems and how to approach them effectively
  • what happens in the brain during moments of creative insight
  • the importance of divergent thinking and how to develop it
  • how metaphor and visual thinking can open new perspectives

Through practical tools and real-world examples, participants will develop a framework for clearer and more effective thinking in complex situations.

This masterclass is especially valuable for anyone who feels “stuck” in their thinking or is looking for new ways to approach challenges – whether in a business, entrepreneurial, or creative context.

By the end of the program, participants will:

  • gain new perspectives applicable to their own projects
  • develop practical tools for overcoming challenges in innovation and startup environments
  • enhance their ability to think creatively and work with uncertainty

Participants will receive a certificate issued by Learn Biomimicry, in collaboration with the 4InnoPipe2 project and Flames@SmileHigh.
