At the largest regional gathering of HR professionals within the MOL Group, HR Meetpoint 2025, held last week in Budapest, over 200 HR experts from more than 190 companies across 30+ countries came together. Among the highlights was a keynote speech delivered by a representative of ZSEM Mirna Koričan Lajtman on the topic “AI in HR”, accompanied by three interactive workshops exploring the same theme. The focus was on practical applications of artificial intelligence in human resources — from hiring to employee development.
We are especially proud that our alumnus, Renato Šimunić, received two prestigious awards — one for ZA-RA Digital, an application designed for streamlining pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and another for a project aimed at promoting a growth mindset and encouraging personal responsibility for continuous development.
ZŠEM alumni also contributed to the event’s organization. Mia Burnač and Philip Vranešić were part of the organizational team, further demonstrating the strength and impact of the ZŠEM alumni network within the MOL Group.
These achievements are a testament to the knowledge, innovation, and professional excellence that ZŠEM alumni bring to the global business and HR community.
