We are proud to present you the newest member of the ZSEM Advisory Board – dr. Vesna Nevistić.

Dr. Nevistić currently runs her advisory boutique, VereNovo GmbH, focusing on strategic and business transformation topics, and also serves as a Non-Executive Director at the Boards of three companies: Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA, a Geneva-based global luxury goods group encompassing brands like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Montblanc; Samskip BV, a
leading Pan-European multimodal transportation company, based in Rotterdam; Constellation Acquisition Corp I, a SPAC listed at the New York Stock Exchange.

Dr. Nevistić holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and Diploma/Post-Diploma degrees from Zagreb University.

She was a teaching and research assistant at the Swiss Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and a visiting researcher at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena.

Dr. Vesna Nevistić joined the ZSEM Advisory Board – the 20 successful leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs with rich international experience.
