Leadership in a Croatian Winterland

Students participating in the Leadership in a Croatian Winterland program at ZSEM from Dec. 28, 2017 – Jan. 11, 2018 will gain insight into Croatia’s economic development while experiencing Zagreb Advent, which was ranked the best Christmas Market in 2016 and 2017. Over the course of 2 weeks, students will visit local companies, learn about doing business in Croatia, take trips to a seaside town and the Plitvice Lakes National Park, ring in the New Year and explore Zagreb (with their ZSEM buddies) during the Advent season, which will include a variety of activities taking place in the streets of Croatia’s capital: ice-skating, classical concerts on Christmas balconies, pop-up winter garden concerts, gourmet food and drink sampling, souvenire shopping at the Christmas fair, and many more cultural activities.
