Dr. sc. Marin Jovanović je izvanredni profesor na katedri za operativni menadžment na Copenhagen Business School i gostujući znanstvenik na Luleå University of Technology i Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa. Stekao je doktorat znanosti. stupanj industrijske ekonomije i menadžmenta na KTH Royal Institute of Technology i doktorat znanosti. stupanj (cum laude) industrijskog menadžmenta na Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Njegova su istraživanja objavljena u akademskim časopisima, kao što su Organization Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management, R&D Management, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Technovation, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business Research i Industrial Marketing Management. Njegovi istraživački interesi uključuju digitalnu transformaciju sektora proizvodnje, pomorstva i zdravstva, platformske ekosustave u kontekstu poslovanja između poduzeća i umjetnu inteligenciju. Marin je radio na poslovima na ESADE Business School i Sveučilištu Cambridge.
