Dr. Dina Dogan, MBA, teaches at the Department of Finance at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, where she combines academic work with practical experience in corporate, personal and public finance. She earned her PhD from the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, with a dissertation in the field of business angel investment and investment decision-making. Her research and professional work focus on entrepreneurial finance, company valuation, financial planning, budgeting and financial education. She is the author of scientific and professional papers and the recipient of several international awards, fellowships and scholarships, including Third Prize at the EDAMBA Thesis Competition 2025, as well as awards and grants related to the BCERC Doctoral Consortium and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. She gained international experience through academic programmes, teaching mobility and teaching engagement at Luxembourg School of Business. Alongside her academic career, she is active in business consulting and the public sector.
