Ana Babić Rosario, PhD, an alumna of the second generation of ZSEM’s undergraduate program in Economics and Management, ZSEM’s Graduate MBA program in marketing and a former lecturer of ZSEM’s Department of Marketing and Communications, earned her doctorate degree on the 29th of August 2016 at Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC ) business school in Paris, defending her dissertation titled “The Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on Sales: A Meta-Analytic Review of Platform, Product, and Metric Factors” under the mentorship of professor Kristine de Valck dissertation called “Essays on Electronic Word of Mouth: A Multidisciplinary Review of Dimensions, Scholarly Communication, and Market Implications”. Dr. Babić Rosario published part of the dissertation as an original scientific article entitled “The Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth on Sales: A Meta-Analytic Review of Platform, Product, and Metric Factors” in the Journal of Marketing Research, a leading international journal of the American Marketing Association with significant academic influence (impact factor 2.3). Dr. Babić Rosario currently holds the position of Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Daniels College of Business of the University of Denver.
