Professor Mirna Koričan Lajtman obtained her PhD on September 19, 2016 at the prestigious University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She is a professor at the Management Department as well as the Program Director for the MBA Program in Human Resource Management. The title of her PhD thesis which she defended last year is “Impact of personal factors on the work life conflict and its co-influence with organizational factors on employee commitment”.
