Last week 4th year students in the Human Resource Management class with professor Ivona Škreblin Kirbiš, had the opportunity to meet the Head of Human Talent at Ernst & Young, Anica Vrlec Bartolić. With the students Anica as well as Dejan Koren (Talent team assistant) conducted interviews for real open positions such as ‘Tax Advisory Services Interns’. It was a great way for students to see how interviews are done, and to learn about the selection process. Students also got feedback on what to improve and how to be better in their future interviews.
