The Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2024 once again renewed its prestigious AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation, reaffirming its status as the best business school in Croatia and one of the best in Central Europe. ZSEM first achieved this international accreditation in 2013, becoming the first and only school in Croatia with this distinction. The accreditation was successfully renewed in 2019 and again in 2024. This accreditation, held by only 5% of business schools globally, represents a significant endorsement of quality and commitment to high standards in education, research, and business development.
Established in 1916, AACSB is the oldest global accreditation body for business schools, setting standards of excellence in business education. Today, it accredits leading business schools worldwide, including prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, Yale, and Stanford, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality in education and research.
With the support of this accreditation, ZSEM promotes high academic standards and innovation, providing its students with outstanding career opportunities in the global job market. Over recent years, ZSEM has dedicated additional resources to enhance study programs, expand collaborations with international institutions, and attract experts with extensive industry experience.
ZSEM’s AACSB accreditation ensures that students receive education aligned with global standards and access to the latest trends and opportunities in the global market. Students have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs, international internships, and develop skills necessary for leadership in a challenging business environment.
In line with AACSB standards, ZSEM continuously plans further development and adaptation of study programs to respond to changes in the business world.
