After graduating from high school and gaining the title of health technician, she continued her education in law and enrolled at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. She then went to the UK to the Queen Mary University of London, where she earned a Master of Laws in International Comparative Commercial Arbitration, International Investment Arbitration and International Energy Arbitration. In the meantime, and throughout her business career, she has passed and attended various studies and training in litigation, labour law, a 2-year school for judicial officials, training on investment agreements and arbitration, and many other professional pieces of training and conferences. She also received her doctorate at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb.

She has spent most of her career in the judiciary, with the most prominent positions in the Municipal State Attorney’s Office as a Senior State Adviser and Deputy Municipal State Attorney in Zagreb. She also worked as the head of the Office for International and Scientific Cooperation at the Croatian Language and Linguistics Institute. Since 2016, she has been working as a Deputy Municipal State Attorney in Zagreb, temporarily seconded to the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Croatia. She is the author of several articles in Croatian and English, speaks English and Spanish, and since 2009 she has a doctorate (commercial law and company law) at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb.
