Barbara Brzic

Barbara Brzić is an assistant in statistical and mathematical courses within the Department of Economics and Mathematics. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Mathematics and Economics at ZSEM, and in her final thesis, she analyzed the effect of corruption on company productivity. She is an MBA student and specializes in Quantitative Finance. She gained international experience on a student exchange in the Netherlands at Tilburg University. She gained analytical experience during her internship in the Economic Analysis Department at the Croatian National Bank. Barbara holds an IBM Professional Certificate in Data Science, a Mini MBA Certificate from ZSEM Business Academy “How to Manage in Crisis”, and a Stanford University Machine Learning Certificate. She is also active as a scientific researcher, and her co-authored work “Green Growth in Croatia adapted to the local level” was presented at the first Croatian-Japanese conference: Contemporary problem in the economy, 2020.
