The Zagreb School of Economics and Management invites you to the MBA Open Days where professor Denis Alajbeg will give a lecture on the topic

“Factor Investing vs. Discretionary Investing”

The professional lecture will be followed by the presentation of the Graduate MBA program under the leadership of the Associate Dean, Maja Martinović, PhD.

About speakers:

Denis Alajbeg, Ph.D.

Denis Alajbeg obtained his PhD from the University of Economics in Vienna, Department of Financing and Financial Markets. He is a full-time professor and research associate at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, teaching Financial Markets and Institutions on the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as the courses Introductory Finance and Portfolio Management and Investments on the graduate MBA level. He is also program director of the MBA in Finance and Banking. His research is focused on domestic and international capital markets, security analysis and investments methodologies.

Maja Martinović, Ph.D.

Maja Martinović is a lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Marketing Department, where she teaches Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy and Product and Product Management. She is also an Associate Dean for Graduate MBA program, and the Chair of Department of Marketing and Communication at Zagreb School of Economics and Management. At the MBA program of Barcelona Management Institute (BMI) she teaches a course Going to market. Previously, she worked as a marketing and sales manager for over 10 years.
