Predavač na katedri za marketing University of Maastricht (Nizozemska). Istraživač na odjelu marketinga University of Antwerpen (Belgija) na kome je 2010 doktorirao s disertacijom naziva „Customer Co-Creation of Knowledge during the Innovation Process“. Bio je gost istraživač na University of Wisconsin-Madison (SAD) i Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz (Njemačka). Diplomirao (MBA) 2001 na Warsaw School of Economics (Poljska). Znanstveni rad usmjeren mu je ka problematici i načinu na koji tvrtke su-kreiraju znanje s svojim vanjskim okružjem, posebice potrošačima, u cilju razvoja novih proizvoda i usluga.
