Dr. sc. Bojan Obrenović, istaknuti je hrvatski znanstvenik specijaliziran za organizacijsko ponašanje, upravljanje poduzećima, poduzetništvo i primjenu umjetne inteligencije. Ima bogato iskustvo u osnivanju i vođenju međunarodnih istraživačkih timova koji ostvaruju izvrsne rezultate, a svojim je radom značajno pridonio razvoju znanstvene zajednice. Njegovo razumijevanje menadžmenta, vrhunske istraživačke kompetencije i dugogodišnje voditeljsko iskustvo ključni su za uspješnu provedbu brojnih znanstvenih projekata.
Diplomirao je i magistrirao na Ekonomskom Fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, a doktorirao iz znanosti o upravljanju na Sveučilištu Wuhan University of Technology u Kini. Nakon doktorata, dodatno se usavršavao kao postdoktorski istraživač na Sveučilištu Jiangsu, gdje je proširio znanja o međunarodnim istraživačkim metodama i trendovima.
Autor je više od 40 znanstvenih članaka objavljenih u uglednim časopisima indeksiranim u SCIE i SSCI bazama. Njegov h-indeks prelazi 25, a od 2020. godine njegovi su radovi citirani više od 3000 puta, čime se ubraja među najcitiranije znanstvenike u svom području u Hrvatskoj. Bojan je glavni urednik časopisa International Journal of Business Administration and Management, a aktivno sudjeluje u uredničkim odborima i recenzentskim timovima poznatih međunarodnih časopisa koje izdaju Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, Research Leap, MDPI, Frontiers i drugi.
Njegova su istraživanja usmjerena na primjenu umjetne inteligencije u poslovnom okruženju, razvoj poduzetništva, održivost poduzeća u uvjetima krize, upravljanje znanjem i organizacijsku psihologiju.
Osim akademske karijere, Bojan je stekao bogato međunarodno poslovno iskustvo. Živio je i radio u Hrvatskoj, Kini, Švedskoj i Uzbekistanu. Osnivač je i vlasnik nekoliko poduzeća: Inovatus Usluge d.o.o. iz Zagreba, osnovanog 2013. godine, Amethyste Trading Co., Ltd. u kineskom Ningbou, osnovanog 2019. godine, i Amethyste d.o.o. u Sloveniji. Njegove tvrtke bave se općim i sudskim prevođenjem, konzultantskim uslugama vezanima uz umjetnu inteligenciju i znanstvena istraživanja, akademskim izdavaštvom te distribucijom vina.
