Bojan Obrenović, dr. sc., istaknuti je znanstvenik s bogatim iskustvom u organizacijskom
ponašanju, upravljanju poduzećima, poduzetništvu i umjetnoj inteligenciji. Posvećen je
formiranju visokoučinkovitih međunarodnih znanstveno-istraživačkih timova. Njegova
znanstvena ekspertiza, istraživačke sposobnosti i bogato upravljačko iskustvo imaju ključnu
ulogu u osmišljavanju i provedbi istraživačkih projekata.
Bojan je diplomirao i magistrirao na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu, a doktorat iz znanosti upravljanja
stekao je na Tehnološkom sveučilištu u Wuhanu. Poslijedoktorsko istraživanje je završio na
Sveučilištu Jiangsu.
Objavio je više od 30 znanstvenih radova u SCIE i SSCI indeksiranim časopisima. Njegova
istraživanja citirana su više od 2000 puta od 2020. godine. Glavni je urednik časopisa
International Journal of Business Administration and Management te član uredništva i recenzent
za prestižne časopise koje objavljuju Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, Research Leap, MDPI,
Frontiers i drugi.
Trenutačna područja njegova istraživanja uključuju primjenu umjetne inteligencije na radnom
mjestu, poduzetništvo, održivost poduzeća u krizama, upravljanje znanjem i organizacijsku
psihologiju.
Bojan ima bogato međunarodno poslovno iskustvo, živio je i radio u Hrvatskoj, Kini, Švedskoj i
Uzbekistanu. Osnivač je i vlasnik tvrtke Inovatus Usluge d.o.o. u Zagrebu, osnovane 2013.,
Amethyste Trading Co., Ltd., osnovane u Ningbou, Kina, 2019., te Amethyste d.o.o. u Sloveniji.
Osnovne djelatnosti tvrtki obuhvaćaju prijevode sudskih tumača, usluge savjetovanja u području
umjetne inteligencije i istraživanja, izdavaštvo te distribuciju vina.
